Ni siquiera te abren la puerta: te contestan por el interfono y a tus dudas te dicen que les enves un mail, que por cierto tampoco responden. No informan sobre NADA y ni siquiera supo explicarme qu servicios dan.
We recently travelled to Spain and had many of our bags stolen including our passports. We worked with the Consulates in Malaga, the Embassy in Madrid and finally went in to Barcelona to apply for temporary passports. We were so pleased with the compassion we received as soon as we arrived. Our agent, Oliver, was so helpful with the instructions of what was needed, helped us complete the paperwork to avoid any delay and expedited our request. We received our temporary passports in time to get back home. After suffering such a horrible ordeal, it was a relief to feel at home at the Consulate and be amongst friends. We are grateful for their service.
The staff at this consulate are the most amazing people. I had my passport and all my IDs and cards stolen while vacationing less than 48hrs before I was due to fly out. They worked like dogs to get me a temporary passport so I could get home. It took them only 5hrs to do what normally takes 2/3 days. Absolutely unbelievable
